**Refer to the Ubuntu wiki for more information, almost anything done in the terminal will work the same on Ubuntu and Debian
Checklist
- Read the README (Like other systems, don't do anything until you have read this)
- Answer the Forensics Questions (Don't delete files used in these until you have put in the answer and have double checked that the file used in the question needs to be deleted.)
- Activate Security Updates
- If the README asks for Daily Updates to be Active, do so
- Install/Enable UFW (Uncomplicated Firewall)
- Scan the Computer for Malware
- Remove Unauthorized Users
- Add Authorized Users
- Assign or Remove Administrator Privileges
- Change Insecure Passwords (Depending on the README activate a minimum password age for all users
- Disable/Remove Unauthorized Services
- Enable Pop-Up Blocker
- Remove Prohibited Files (You can remove files used in the Forensics Questions now)
