Acts as a line of defense against viruses, malware, and other unwanted programs from running.

Windows Defender[edit | edit source]

Windows defender is the built in antivirus in windows.

GUI[edit | edit source]

  1. Navigate to "Firewall and network protection"\
  2. Turn all the firewalls on
  3. Navigate to "Virus & threat protection"
  4. Run a quick scan and make sure all the protection options are on.

CLI[edit | edit source]

This is another case where the CLI is not worth dealing with.
